There is a great reason that the egg is in some cases described as “nature’s best bundle.” Eggs are considered among the most nutrient-dense food sources on the planet. Eggs are not only nutrient dense but there are a variety of ways in which they can be prepared. Delicious whether poached, scrambled, hardboiled, fried or in cakes, pastries and other types of food.
