We hope to make your shopping experience convenient and hassle free. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase or gift, you may return the item to our partner company Canada Scents Inc. We will accept returns upon receiving your item(s) within 7 days of the delivery date.
How can I return a product?
Item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please make sure that the shipping package will adequately protect the product so it won’t be damaged during shipping. We will not be able to refund a product that was damaged during shipping because it was badly packaged. Please note that we do not refund items that have been used/open and/or not returned in their original condition and packaging.
Please note we do not refund shipping charges. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
All credits and refunds are subject to approval by Canada Scents Inc. Please contact Customer Service by e-mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org. If a return is authorized, please retain all postal and insurance receipts for your records. Any returned merchandise received in our warehouse without proper authorization by Canada Scents Inc. is not eligible for refund or credit.
Claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order, or wrong shipment) must be submitted within 48 hours of order receipt by contacting Customer Service at: email@example.com. Please retain all packaging material in case an inspection is necessary.
